01 Eligibility & Membership Requirements

To become an ns2121 member and access all available services, you must meet the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• Be at least 18 years of age at the time of account registration
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
• Not appear on any list of individuals prohibited from gambling activities
• Not an employee, partner, or immediate family member of an NS2121 employee
• Register one account per individual only — multiple accounts are not permitted
• Register with accurate, truthful, and up-to-date personal information

Age & Identity Verification

NS2121 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including copies of your national ID, passport, utility bill, or latest bank statement. Failure to provide the requested documents within the stipulated timeframe may result in account suspension or closure and freezing of the available balance.

02 Registration & Account Management

Each NS2121 member is only permitted to hold one active account. Registering more than one account by the same individual, whether using a different name, email address, phone number, or banking information, is strictly prohibited and constitutes a serious violation of NS2121's terms.

Account Security Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your NS2121 account username and password. NS2121 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence in safeguarding your login credentials.

• Use a strong password combining uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols
• Do not share your login credentials with anyone, including family members

Account Closure

NS2121 reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account without prior notice if there is evidence of fraud, bonus abuse, money laundering, terms violations, or any illegal activity. In such cases, all balances in the account may be confiscated depending on the severity of the violation.

03 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments
